Timex SSQ Watches

The Timex SSQ is a name given to a range of solid start quartz watches produced by Timex from 1975. These SSQ watches were some of Timex’s first digital watches. The case of a Timex SSQ  is typically large and featured either LCD or LED displays.

Timex SSQ models aren’t something i typically collect however in 2023 i decided that, irrespective of my bias towards mechanical watches, if a watch came in that i don’t have it would be kept.  One such watch was the Timex SSQ below which is mint in box with papers.
