Set inside a bead-blasted case which adds a great texture and matte finish to this vintage watch, this piece is striking in that positioned in the center of the dial is a large green circle. Orbiting this feature are bold arabic numerals and a trapezoid date window positioned at 3 o-clock. The date window is framed with a black printed border. Around the outside of the dial is a printed minute track with elongated markers positioned every 5 minutes. The TIMEX logo printed in white occupies the top half of the dial with the wave logo positioned in the lower half. The back of the case is tapered offering only a small stainless steel case back with which to access the movement. This can be used to access the setting arm screw, releasing the stem and crown, after which the movement an dial assembly can be removed by removing the crystal.
