Using search is by far the easiest way of narrowing down the selection when trying to identify a vintage Timex watch.
I’d start be familiarising yourself with the vintage Timex watch identification tutorial.
The easiest method is to type in the dial code.
Or if you know the model i.e. Marlin or Viscount and the watch has a calendar (date only) or day-date (date and month) then searching for “marlin calendar” or “viscount day” would give you a good short list.
Alternatively you can navigate the site by the top menu. This will allow you to navigate by model, date or movement.
Finally within each post there are tags to help you find watches that share characteristics. These will be expanded once the archive is fully online. At the time of writing this im about 50% through models with catalogue references with more to come.
