Branded US Time Corporation, then later Ingersoll and finally Timex, there has been a long history of Timex producing character watches. The original 1955 line-up of character watches features Disney’s Mickey Mouse in a red case, Hopalong Cassidy in a black case, Cinderella in a blue case, Snow White in a yellow case, Alice in Wonderland in a pink case and Davy Crocket in a green case. In the 1970s this expanded to cover multiple franchises from Peanuts and Snoopy to Hanna Barbera, Smurfs, Moomins, Asterix and many others that continue to be discovered today.
